With motorsport technology adapted for the road, this model represents the pure essence of the 911 range, focusing on agility, precision, and the direct sensations provided at the wheel.
The Porsche 911 S/T was created to celebrate 60 years since the debut of the iconic 911 in 1963. It is a fusion of the 911 GT3 RS and the 911 GT3 with the "Touring Package," a pure sports car focused on the driver, with motor sport technology adapted for the road. Or, as Porsche puts it, "a 911 in its purest form."
Developed in Flacht, Germany, the 911 S/T was built with one goal in mind: maximum driving pleasure. It combines the essence of six decades of 911 innovation with an ultralight design, stunning driving dynamics, and minimal soundproofing for an authentic mechanical feel. The result is an unprecedented symbiosis of purism, agility, and visceral performance.
Its name is inspired by the classic Porsche 911 S/T model, a competition package offered between 1969 and 1972. This model combined the engine from the 911 S with lightweight elements from the 911 T, along with reduced-mass panels and plexiglass windows. The 911 S/T models of that era competed in circuit racing, rallies, and hillclimb events, serving as a direct precursor to the legendary Carrera RS 2.7.
The 911 S/T is powered by a naturally aspirated six-cylinder boxer engine that produces 525 hp (386 kW) at 9,000 rpm and 465 Nm at 8,500 rpm. Weighing just 1,380 kg, it accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and reaches 200 km/h in 11.2 seconds. The top declared speed is 300 km/h.
Sharing the DNA of the GT3 and benefiting from the expertise of the GT3 RS, but optimized for public roads, the 911 S/T delivers a pure, unfiltered driving experience with a perfect balance between performance and mechanical sensation. Very likely, the most successful 911 ever created.
This example has only driven 2 km.
