Țiriac Collection gallery offers free admission and transportation for students in grades 1–12 through organized school tours

Starting April 2016, students in grades 1 through 12 are granted free access and transportation to the Țiriac Collection as part of organized tours coordinated through their respective schools. The tours will take place Monday through Thursday, between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

Transportation is provided via a Mercedes-Benz Tourismo RHD coach, offering 50 seated places for student groups.

This initiative, launched at the suggestion of Mr. Ion Țiriac, serves as an educational program aimed at enriching students' knowledge of automotive history, while also inspiring a potential passion for the automotive industry among younger generations.

During the dedicated tours, which are guided by the gallery’s professional staff, students will have the opportunity to learn fascinating details about the iconic cars and motorcycles featured in Mr. Ion Țiriac’s collection — vehicles that have played a significant role in the evolution of motorized transport.

To ensure the efficient implementation of this initiative, official notifications outlining the project have been sent to sector city halls in Bucharest, which are responsible for communicating with the schools in their jurisdiction. Currently, educational institutions in sectors 1, 4, 5, and 6 have responded positively to the program.

The support of local authorities is crucial to the success of this initiative.
