Packed with plug-in hybrid technology and patented aerodynamic tech, the Ferrari SF90 Stradale is the Italian brand's newest and most advanced supercar. A giant leap forward in using electricity to enhance performance, the SF90 has three electric motors that drive all four wheels. The power comes from a massive V-8 and three electric motors. The 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V-8 generates a mighty 769 horsepower on its own, and the trio of electric motors provide an additional 217 horsepower.
In the end, the gas/electric powertrain generates a net output of 986 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to all four wheels, making this the first mid-engine Ferrari with all-wheel drive. The car has an eight-speed automatic transmission. As you'd expect, all that power under the hood translates into blistering acceleration. Ferrari’s official estimate is: 0–100km/h is over in 2.5 seconds, 0–200km/h in 6.7. The Ferrari SF90 Stradale thunders on to a top speed of 340km/h.
Different driving modes allow you to tailor the car's handling to suit driver's preferences. Technology abounds in every single area of the SF90. Attention to aerodynamic detail shapes the exterior, and indeed through and beneath the car, with an array of intakes and vents optimally positioned to feed cooling air, extract hot air, maximise downforce and minimise drag.
The cabin is built more for driving performance than touring, but it is still very luxurious. The interior styling is clean and sophisticated, with dual sport bucket seats outfitted in high-quality leather, and a flat-bottom steering wheel. Many vehicle functions are accessible from the steering wheel, namely through a touchpad mounted on the wheel's right side. It navigates the many parts of the 16-inch-wide infotainment system screen (which doubles as the instrument gauge cluster).
The car is also equipped with standard tech features such as Bluetooth phone and streaming audio, real-time traffic, an integrated navigation system with a voice-activation feature and a six-speaker sound system. Apple CarPlay integration is offered, but Android Auto isn't on the list of available amenities.
