Full description

In the 2010 Formula 1 World Championship season, Oracle Red Bull Racing produced a remarkable race car - the RB6, which captured the attention of motorsport fans worldwide and set new standards in the Formula 1 universe. The car presented at the Țiriac Collection is the Oracle Red Bull Racing RB6 showcar with chassis number #13, equipped with an updated livery of 2016-2017 season and having previous participations in speed races.

The RB6 was designed and developed under the leadership of the renowned designer Adrian Newey and was driven by an exceptional team consisting of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber.

The RB6 car was from the outset an exemple of innovation and performance, with Newey stating that "RB6 was probably the car with the most significant downforce in the history of Formula 1."

RB6 was one of the first cars to successfully implement the "F-Duct" system, allowing the driver to control airflow to reduce aerodynamic drag on straight sections of the track, thus increasing the top speed in those areas. This innovation provided a significant competitive advantage to the Oracle Red Bull Racing team. In terms of technological innovation, RB6 featured a double diffuser that generated additional aerodynamic pressure to enhance grip and maneuverability in corners.

The RB6 car propelled Oracle Red Bull Racing to their first World Constructors' Championship title and secured Sebastian Vettel the first position in the 2010 World Drivers' Championship, making him the youngest winner of this title at the age of just 23 years and 134 days.

The car was equipped with an 8-cylinder engine weighing 95 kg, capable of delivering up to 750 horsepower in Formula 1 races. It had a displacement of 2,400 cubic centimeters and could rev up to 18,000 rpm.

RB6 reached the podium 20 times, won 9 victories, and accumulated a total of 498 points starting from 15 pole positions.
